Relocation Manager - Bilingual (French/English) preferred!

Mississauga, Ontario

If you are energetic, customer driven and thrive on hard work and responsibility, you are the right person to work closely with our corporate clients and their relocating employees.  As a Domestic Relocation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate individual customer relocations as promised.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for delivering professional, accurate counseling for our corporate clients and their relocating employees.
  • You will work closely with the transferee ensuring they understand the relocation process and policy.
  • You will coordinate all relocation programs including: temporary housing, home marketing assistance, Home Sale (BVO, AV, or GHSP) Program as applicable, destination services, expense management, renter’s assistance, move management, home purchase, mortgage assistance, cost of living, etc.
  • Ensure the timely data input and data integrity of our client relationship information system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely reporting and accuracy of client data.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

As the successful candidate, you will have 3-5 years’ experience in the relocation industry or in a similar environment, with solid employee counseling abilities and a strong skillset for file management.

  • Ideally you will have strong bilingual French/English communication skills (both written and oral), although not essential.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, good problem solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • A head for numbers and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Experience in the real estate industry including legal/title and closing experience is advantageous.
  • A college or university degree and the CERC designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP is highly desirable but not required.
