On-Site Engagement Manager 

Onsite our Client's location in Foster City, California.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager who will be responsible for managing the Company's on-site relationship with our corporate clients, ensuring we continuously meet out service commitments and any emerging client needs and wants whilst also managing a team delivering global assignment management services to the client.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring all staff understand their roles and Company's expectations while providing coaching and support to carry out their jobs in an efficient and effective way.
  • Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through on-going communication and face-to-face meetings, to assess client needs and provide feedback on products/services and operation processes is required.
  • You will have responsibility for ensuring and evaluating quality customer service delivery by establishing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies and standards are maintained.
  • You will act as a client advocate with internal staff and external providers/suppliers, to resolve customer complaints and service issues by effectively communicating the client's philosophy and needs with regard to relocation policies.
  • You will leverage your onsite position to create relationships with client stakeholders and to learn and understand the culture of the client and ways for MI to benefit with that knowledge to provide optimized solutions to improve the program and customer experience, while upholding MI culture and values in day to day interaction with client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Have a university of college degree in a relevant business program.
  • You will have excellent relationship development and management skills.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills; be mature and articulate; with the ability to interact with key stakeholders at all  levels internally and externally.
  • Excellenet knowledge of HR functions with global mobility assignment management with knowledge of global compensation, immigration and tax processes being an asset.
  • You must be methodical, organized and conscientious with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office are required; knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
